BLESSING (For Residence)

Requirements:

ü Valid Identification Card (Photocopy)

Note: Residence MUST be within the jurisdiction of the following Barangays:

· Santa Ana

· Tuktukan

· Bambang

· Wawa

Schedule:

Every Tuesday to Saturday – 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

NOTE: Schedule preferences are allowed but it will be subjected to the availability of the Priest

How to set a schedule:

Step 1: The requirements must be submitted to the Parish Office at least three days*, one week* before the Blessing day

Step 2: Blessing form will be provided which requires to be filled-out with the necessary information.

To prepare:

Candles

No Gambling. No drinking of liquors.

No Bathing while the blessing is going on.

BLESSING

(For Commercial Establishments)

Requirements:

ü Step 1: Schedule preferences are allowed HOWEVER Parish Office must be informed 5 DAYS BEFORE the preferred date and time as it will be subjected to the availability of the Priest

ü Step 2: Blessing form will be provided which requires to be filled-out with the necessary information
